Common questions
What happens if I don't like the design?+
We do design sign-off in week two before a single line of production code is written. You get two comprehensive revision cycles on the interactive prototypes. If we cannot align at that stage, the project stops immediately and you owe nothing beyond the initial kickoff deposit.
Who owns the code and the hosting account?+
You own everything. All code repositories (GitHub), cloud services (AWS, Supabase, Vercel), and domains are registered directly under your name or company billing. If we ever part ways, you have 100% control and never need my permission to hand the codebase to another developer.
What if I need changes after launch?+
Every project includes 30 days of complimentary post-launch warranty for bug fixes and adjustments. For continuous feature additions or periodic maintenance after that, I offer dedicated weekly sprint blocks or monthly retainer slots.
Do you work with people outside Hyderabad?+
Yes, I regularly collaborate with clients across India and internationally. All communication is structured asynchronously through your client portal with scheduled 30-minute milestone calls organized in your preferred timezone.
How do payments work?+
Payments are staged strictly against agreed milestones: typically 40% upfront deposit, 30% upon design approval, and 30% on launch day. Every payment generates a formal, GST-compliant tax invoice downloadable straight from your portal.
What do you need from me to start?+
A 30-minute scope discussion, your existing branding assets (if available), and clarity on the business bottleneck your current site or system isn't solving. I handle the technical architecture from there.
